It has been established that the NIRAN Limited Company will have three main areas of responsibility and governance, namely:

1. Core Network Services
2. Contractual relationships
3. Governance and Administration

The diagram above provides a graphical demonstration of these three areas. The diagram also depicts the relationships between the three main governance Committees – Board of Directors, Management Advisory Committee, and the Technical Advisory Group, the latter two receiving input and feedback from the actual Members.
